Returns:
Call NETS Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) kit for products that do not perform to your standards, for immediate replacement or credit up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returned defective merchandise must be received within 20 days of receipt of RMA kit. Non-defective merchandise must be in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition and can be returned up to 30 days* from date of purchase for credit. Items returned in unsaleable condition may not be credited. Non-defective/unused products are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
